How it works

1. Activate Mystic Sanctuary and Sceptre of Eternal Glory by tapping them, adding 3
2. Cast Ghostly Flicker either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying 2, blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Sceptre of Eternal Glory.
3. When Mystic Sanctuary enters untapped, it triggers, putting Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
4. Repeat.

This ingenious loop is anchored by Sceptre of Eternal Glory, which taps for an incredible three mana of any color as long as you control three lands with the same name, easily fueling the costs of the engine. Ghostly Flicker serves as the mechanical heart of the combo, exiling and returning both Sceptre of Eternal Glory and Mystic Sanctuary to the battlefield. Because Mystic Sanctuary enters untapped, its ability triggers to place Ghostly Flicker right back on top of your library. Finally, The Lunar Whale completes the puzzle by letting you look at the top of your library and play Ghostly Flicker directly from it, creating an endless cycle that generates infinite colored mana and endless enters-the-battlefield triggers.
