How it works

1. Activate Mystic Sanctuary and Sceptre of Eternal Glory by tapping them, adding and three mana of any color.
2. Cast Ghostly Flicker either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying 2, blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Sceptre of Eternal Glory.
3. When Mystic Sanctuary enters untapped, it triggers, putting Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
4. Repeat.

This elegant loop turns the battlefield into an endless engine of recreation by pairing Ghostly Flicker with Mystic Sanctuary and Sceptre of Eternal Glory. Once you have enough lands named Mystic Sanctuary to satisfy the Sceptre's condition, tapping both generates the blue and colored mana you need to cast Ghostly Flicker, which then blinks the very same land and artifact to restart the cycle. Because Mystic Sanctuary enters untapped, its triggered ability seamlessly plucks Ghostly Flicker right back out of your graveyard and places it on top of your library. From there, Madame Web, Clairvoyant lets you cast the spell directly off the top of your library to repeat the process indefinitely, generating infinite mana and triggers.
