How it works

1. Activate Mystic Sanctuary and Ur-Golem's Eye by tapping them, adding CC.
2. Cast Ghostly Flicker either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying 2, blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Ur-Golem's Eye.
3. When Mystic Sanctuary enters untapped, it triggers, putting Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
4. Repeat.

This clever loop leverages Future Sight to turn the top of your library into an extension of your hand, allowing you to cast spells directly from it. By casting Ghostly Flicker, you target both Ur-Golem's Eye—which graciously refunds the blue mana and produces extra colorless energy to help pay the casting cost—and Mystic Sanctuary. Crucially, Mystic Sanctuary's static entry condition rewards you for controlling enough Islands by untapping and triggering its ability, which places Ghostly Flicker right back on top of your library to be played again and again.
