How it works

1. Activate Mystic Sanctuary and Ur-Golem's Eye by tapping them, adding CC.
2. Cast Ghostly Flicker either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying 2, blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Ur-Golem's Eye.
3. When Mystic Sanctuary enters untapped, it triggers, putting Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
4. Repeat.

This clever loop relies on Ghostly Flicker to repeatedly exile and return both Mystic Sanctuary and Ur-Golem's Eye, generating enough mana from the Ur-Golem's Eye to keep paying for the spell each iteration. Whenever Mystic Sanctuary re-enters the battlefield untapped, its triggered ability places Ghostly Flicker right back on top of your library. From there, you can leverage The Reality Chip's reconfigure ability to cast Ghostly Flicker straight off the top of your library, creating an endless cycle of entering and leaving the battlefield.
