How it works

1. Activate Mystic Sanctuary and Ur-Golem's Eye by tapping them, adding CC.
2. Cast Ghostly Flicker either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying 2, blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Ur-Golem's Eye.
3. When Mystic Sanctuary enters untapped, it triggers, putting Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
4. Repeat.

This ingenious loop turns a simple flicker effect into a self-sustaining engine by taking advantage of Mystic Sanctuary's ability to recycle spells when it enters the battlefield untapped. To fuel the mana cost of Ghostly Flicker each iteration, Ur-Golem's Eye steps in to generate the necessary colorless mana alongside the blue source. Meanwhile, The Lunar Whale allows you to look at the top of your library and play Ghostly Flicker directly from it the moment it returns to the top, completing a closed loop that generates infinite artifact triggers, landfall events, and storm count.
