How it works

1. Activate Mystic Sanctuary and Ur-Golem's Eye by tapping them, adding CC.
2. Cast Ghostly Flicker either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying 2, blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Ur-Golem's Eye.
3. When Mystic Sanctuary enters untapped, it triggers, putting Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
4. Repeat.

This ingenious loop turns a modest land and mana rock into an endless engine by leveraging the passive casting permission granted by Madame Web, Clairvoyant. You begin by tapping Ur-Golem's Eye and Mystic Sanctuary to generate the exact mana needed to cast Ghostly Flicker, which then exiles both permanents and returns them to the battlefield fresh. Because Mystic Sanctuary enters untapped thanks to your other Islands, its triggered ability fires off to place Ghostly Flicker right back on top of your library—where Madame Web lets you cast it again immediately.
