How it works

1. Activate Mystic Sanctuary and Lavabrink Floodgates by tapping them, adding
2. Cast Ghostly Flicker either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying 2, blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Lavabrink Floodgates.
3. When Mystic Sanctuary enters untapped, it triggers, putting Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
4. Repeat.

This clever loop turns a modest land and artifact into a self-sustaining mana and spell engine, fueled by the top-deck casting permission granted by Madame Web, Clairvoyant. By using the mana produced by tapping Mystic Sanctuary and Lavabrink Floodgates, you can cast Ghostly Flicker to exile both permanents and return them fresh to the battlefield. The secret to the loop lies in Mystic Sanctuary's triggered ability, which neatly tucks the freshly-resolved Ghostly Flicker right back onto the top of your library so Madame Web can cast it all over again.
