How it works

1. Activate Mystic Sanctuary by tapping it, adding .
2. Cast Time Warp by paying its mana cost, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
3. Cast Ghostly Flicker by paying 2, blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Shipwreck Dowser.
4. When Shipwreck Dowser and Mystic Sanctuary enter the battlefield, they trigger.
5. Resolve the Shipwreck Dowser trigger, returning Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard to your hand.
6. Resolve the Mystic Sanctuary trigger, putting Time Warp from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
7. Move to your next turn, drawing Time Warp during your draw step.
8. Repeat.

This classic recursive loop hinges on Shipwreck Dowser and Mystic Sanctuary working together to perpetually recycle your most powerful spells. When you cast Ghostly Flicker to blink both the Dowser and the Sanctuary, Shipwreck Dowser's entry trigger conveniently fishes Ghostly Flicker right back out of your graveyard while Mystic Sanctuary places Time Warp from your graveyard neatly on top of your library. This allows you to draw Time Warp on your extra turn, recast it to extend your reign, and repeat the entire sequence indefinitely for infinite turns.
