How it works

1. Activate Mystic Sanctuary and Basalt Monolith by tapping them, adding CCC.
2. Cast Ghostly Flicker either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying 2, blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Basalt Monolith.
3. When Mystic Sanctuary enters untapped, it triggers, putting Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
4. Repeat.

This cunning loop turns a seemingly innocuous land and an artifact into an infinite engine, fueled by the top of your library. With Future Sight letting you cast spells right off the top, you can continuously cast Ghostly Flicker to target and reset your permanents. Each iteration relies on Mystic Sanctuary entering the battlefield untapped to rescue Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard and stack it neatly on top of your library, while Basalt Monolith provides the colorless mana to keep the cycle spinning.
