How it works

1. Activate Mystic Sanctuary and Sol Ring by tapping them, adding CC.
2. Cast Ghostly Flicker from the top of your library by paying 2, blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Sol Ring.
3. When Mystic Sanctuary enters untapped, it triggers, putting Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
4. Repeat.
