How it works

1. Activate Mystic Sanctuary and Gilded Lotus by tapping them, adding 3.
2. Cast Ghostly Flicker from the top of your library by paying 2, blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Gilded Lotus.
3. When Mystic Sanctuary enters untapped, it triggers, putting Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
4. Repeat.

This clever loop puts Gilded Lotus and Mystic Sanctuary to work alongside Experimental Frenzy, transforming the top of your library into a self-sustaining engine. By using Gilded Lotus to generate the blue mana required, Ghostly Flicker continually resets both the lotus and Mystic Sanctuary, while the latter's triggered ability places the flicker spell right back onto your library. This cyclical exchange relies on Experimental Frenzy to bypass the need for a hand, letting you cast Ghostly Flicker directly from the library over and over again to generate infinite colored mana and storm count.
