How it works

1. Activate Mystic Sanctuary and Relic of Sauron by tapping them, adding 2.
2. Cast Ghostly Flicker from the top of your library by paying 2, blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Relic of Sauron.
3. When Mystic Sanctuary enters untapped, it triggers, putting Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
4. Repeat.

This clever loop locks in an infinite engine by leveraging the top-deck freedom granted by Experimental Frenzy to cast Ghostly Flicker repeatedly from the library. Each iteration is fueled by tapping Relic of Sauron for the exact mana needed, while also utilizing its filtering ability to un-clog your draws if necessary. By targeting both the mana source and Mystic Sanctuary with Ghostly Flicker, the land's arrival allows its own triggered ability to place Ghostly Flicker right back onto the top of your library, setting up the next cast.
