How it works

1. Deal combat damage to an opponent using a Rogue.
2. Activate Mystic Sanctuary by tapping it, adding .
3. Cast Notorious Throng by paying its mana cost, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
4. Cast Ghostly Flicker by paying 2, blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Revolutionist.
5. When Revolutionist and Mystic Sanctuary enter the battlefield, they trigger.
6. Resolve the Revolutionist trigger, returning Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard to your hand.
7. Resolve the Mystic Sanctuary trigger, putting Notorious Throng from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
8. Move to your next turn, drawing Notorious Throng during your draw step.
9. Repeat.

This brilliant loop locks down infinite turns by constantly recycling your key spells through the battlefield and graveyard. After dealing combat damage with a Rogue to enable Notorious Throng's prowl cost for an extra turn, Ghostly Flicker comes to the rescue by blinking both Revolutionist and Mystic Sanctuary. As they re-enter the battlefield, Revolutionist's triggered ability pulls Ghostly Flicker right back to your hand while Mystic Sanctuary places Notorious Throng back on top of your library, primed to be drawn on your next turn.
