How it works

1. Activate Mystic Sanctuary and Sol Ring by tapping them, adding CC.
2. Cast Ghostly Flicker either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying 2, blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Sol Ring.
3. When Mystic Sanctuary enters untapped, it triggers, putting Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
4. Repeat.

This loop turns a modest island and artifact into an engine of endless re-entry, fueled by Sol Ring providing the exact mana needed to cast Ghostly Flicker over and over. By blinking both Mystic Sanctuary and Sol Ring at the same time, you reset the land so that its triggered ability puts Ghostly Flicker right back on top of your library. From there, Madame Web, Clairvoyant ties the whole sequence together by letting you cast that very same Ghostly Flicker directly from the top of your library, bypassing normal draw steps.
