How it works

1. Activate Mystic Sanctuary and Gilded Lotus by tapping them, adding 3
2. Cast Ghostly Flicker either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying 2, blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Gilded Lotus.
3. When Mystic Sanctuary enters untapped, it triggers, putting Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
4. Repeat.

This clever loop is fueled by Gilded Lotus, which provides the blue and colorless mana needed to repeatedly cast Ghostly Flicker. By using Ghostly Flicker to blink both Gilded Lotus and Mystic Sanctuary, you reset their abilities while Mystic Sanctuary's triggered ability recycles Ghostly Flicker right back to the top of your library. From there, The Lunar Whale steps in as a vital enabler, allowing you to cast Ghostly Flicker straight from the top of your library as long as it has attacked that turn.
