How it works

1. Activate Mystic Sanctuary and Gilded Lotus by tapping them, adding and three mana of any color.
2. Cast Ghostly Flicker either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying 2, blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Gilded Lotus.
3. When Mystic Sanctuary enters untapped, it triggers, putting Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
4. Repeat.

This clever loop turns Gilded Lotus and Mystic Sanctuary into a self-sustaining mana engine, fueled entirely by Ghostly Flicker. As Gilded Lotus provides the mana to recast your spells, Mystic Sanctuary cleverly recycles Ghostly Flicker right back to the top of your library each time it enters the battlefield. Madame Web, Clairvoyant ties the whole operation together by letting you effortlessly cast Ghostly Flicker straight from the top of your library, generating infinite mana and effects without ever needing to draw it.
