How it works

1. Activate Mystic Sanctuary and Relic of Sauron by tapping them, adding 2.
2. Cast Ghostly Flicker either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying 2, blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Relic of Sauron.
3. When Mystic Sanctuary enters untapped, it triggers, putting Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
4. Repeat.

This clever loop relies on Relic of Sauron to provide the exact mana needed to fuel Ghostly Flicker, which resets both the artifact mana source and Mystic Sanctuary. When Mystic Sanctuary enters the battlefield untapped, its triggered ability immediately fishes Ghostly Flicker back out of your graveyard and places it right on top of your library. From there, The Lunar Whale steps in with its passive ability, allowing you to cast that freshly-stacked Ghostly Flicker straight off the top of your library to keep the cycle going indefinitely.
