How it works

1. Activate Mystic Sanctuary and Relic of Sauron by tapping them, adding 2.
2. Cast Ghostly Flicker either from your hand or from the top of your library by paying 2, blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Relic of Sauron.
3. When Mystic Sanctuary enters untapped, it triggers, putting Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
4. Repeat.

This ingenious loop hinges on Madame Web, Clairvoyant, whose static ability allows you to cast noncreature spells directly from the top of your library. By tapping Relic of Sauron for mana, you fund the casting of Ghostly Flicker, which targets both the Relic and Mystic Sanctuary for a clean blink. When Mystic Sanctuary enters the battlefield untapped, its triggered ability does the heavy lifting of placing Ghostly Flicker right back onto your library, where Madame Web makes it immediately accessible to start the cycle anew.
