How it works

1. Activate Chromatic Orrery's first ability by tapping it, adding 5.
2. Cast Ancestral Statue by paying 4.
3. Alela triggers, creating a 1/1 Faerie creature token.
4. Resolve the Ancestral Statue spell.
5. When Ancestral Statue enters the battlefield, it triggers.
6. Holding priority, activate Clock of Omens by tapping Ancestral Statue and the Faerie, untapping Chromatic Orrery.
7. Resolve the Ancestral Statue trigger, returning it to your hand from the battlefield.
8. Repeat.
9. Once you have infinite mana, you may instead use Chromatic Orrery's last ability to draw infinite cards, or you may untap any other artifact(s) you control.

This ingenious loop relies on turning your entire battlefield into artifacts with Mycosynth Lattice, allowing Clock of Omens to constantly untap Chromatic Orrery using the creatures you generate. Whenever you recast Ancestral Statue for its normal cost, Alela, Artful Provocateur provides the fresh Faerie token fodder needed to keep the Clock turning. Because Mycosynth Lattice also ensures Chromatic Orrery taps for five generic mana while the Statue costs only four to cast, you generate a surplus of infinite mana with every iteration. Finally, once that infinite mana is secured, you can pivot Chromatic Orrery's last ability to draw your entire deck and win the game.
