How it works

1. Cast Machine God's Effigy by paying 4.
2. Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking Dockside Extortionist.
3. When Dockside Extortionist enters the battlefield, it triggers, creating at least three Treasure artifact tokens.
4. Resolve the Machine God's Effigy spell, choosing to have it enter the battlefield as a copy of Ancestral Statue that's still an artifact.
5. When Machine God's Effigy enters the battlefield, it triggers.
6. Holding priority, activate Machine God's Effigy by tapping it, adding .
7. Resolve the Machine God's Effigy trigger from step 5, returning it from the battlefield to your hand.
8. Activate three Treasures by tapping and sacrificing them, adding 3.
9. Repeat.
10. If opponents control at least four artifacts and/or enchantments, this combo nets infinite Treasure tokens, and you may blink any other nonland permanent using Displacer Kitten's trigger.

This elegant loop turns a modest board state into a glittering engine by turning Ancestral Statue's self-bounce drawback into fuel. Once Machine God's Effigy enters the battlefield as a copy of the Statue, its own entry trigger forces it back to your hand, but because it is also a noncreature spell when cast, it triggers Displacer Kitten to blink Dockside Extortionist. As long as your opponents control enough artifacts and enchantments to net positive mana from Dockside Extortionist's treasure generation, you can infinitely replay and recast your effigy-statue to harvest limitless mana, triggers, and blinks.
