How it works
Activate Bloodflow Connoisseur by sacrificing another nontoken creature that doesn't have flying.
When the creature dies, Luminous Broodmoth triggers, returning the creature from your graveyard to the battlefield with a flying counter on it.
Activate Bloodflow Connoisseur by sacrificing the creature with a flying counter on it.
When the creature dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it.
Resolve the Bloodflow Connoisseur abilities from step 1 and 3.
Repeat.
This clever loop creates an engine for infinite deaths and sacrifice triggers by bouncing a creature back and forth between two distinct revival mechanics. You begin by using Bloodflow Connoisseur to sacrifice a nontoken creature lacking flying, which immediately triggers Luminous Broodmoth to return it with a flying counter. Because that creature also gains persist thanks to Isilu, Carrier of Twilight's back face, sacrificing it a second time allows its own persist trigger to bring it back with a -1/-1 counter, which conveniently cancels out the flying counter and resets its board state. Meanwhile, Eirdu, Carrier of Dawn and Isilu, Carrier of Twilight can help smooth out casting costs with convoke while you alternate transforming them with black and white mana at the start of your main phase.
