When Cult Conscript dies, Pitiless Plunderer triggers, creating a Treasure token.
Resolve the Bartolomé del Presidio abilities from steps 1 and 5, putting two +1/+1 counters on it.
Activate the Treasures by tapping and sacrificing them, adding 1.
Activate Cult Conscript by paying 1, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield.
Repeat.
This brilliant loop relies on Bartolomé del Presidio as a repeatable sacrifice outlet that simultaneously grows itself while feeding our engine. Pitiless Plunderer and Luminous Broodmoth work in tandem whenever a creature hits the graveyard, turning every death into both a Treasure token and an immediate return to the battlefield—though crucially, that return adds a flying counter. Once Cult Conscript has returned and picked up that flying counter, Luminous Broodmoth can no longer save it from subsequent sacrifices, which is where Cult Conscript's own recursion ability steps in: by spending the mana generated by Pitiless Plunderer's Treasures, you can fish Cult Conscript back out of the graveyard to keep the sacrifice train rolling indefinitely.
