This loop is a masterclass in turning a card's apparent limitation into an infinite engine, relying on the fact that Luminous Broodmoth only cares about creatures *without* flying dying. Since Cult Conscript lacks flying, its initial death triggers the Broodmoth to return it to the battlefield with a flying counter. Once that newly monsooned Skeleton is sacrificed to Phyrexian Altar for mana, it can no longer rely on the Broodmoth—which is precisely where Cult Conscript's own recursion ability steps in. By using the mana generated by the Altar alongside the death condition it just satisfied, you can repeatedly pull the Conscript straight out of the graveyard, resetting its lack of flying so the Broodmoth can catch it all over again.
