How it works

7. Resolve the Goblin Bombardment abilities from steps 1 and 5
8. Activate the Treasures by tapping and sacrificing them, adding 1.
9. Activate Cult Conscript by paying 1, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield.
10. Repeat.
