How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library from the battlefield.
2. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing a creature without flying, adding 1.
3. When the creature dies, Luminous Broodmoth triggers, returning the creature from your graveyard to the battlefield with a flying counter on it.
4. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 1 and removing the flying counter from the creature sacrificed in step 2.
5. Repeat.

This clever loop transforms Sensei's Divining Top into a self-sustaining engine by utilizing Falco Spara, Pactweaver to cast it directly from the top of your library using alternative costs rather than mana. To pull this off, Phyrexian Altar provides the mana needed to cast the Top while simultaneously sacrificing a creature to generate it. Because that sacrificed creature lacks flying, Luminous Broodmoth steps in to resurrect it with a flying counter, which Falco Spara, Pactweaver then happily strips away to pay the counter-removal cost of casting the Top again.
