How it works

  1. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Medicine Runner.
  2. When Medicine Runner dies, Luminous Broodmoth triggers, returning Medicine Runner from your graveyard to the battlefield with a flying counter on it.
  3. When Medicine Runner enters the battlefield, it triggers, removing the flying counter from Medicine Runner.
  4. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability.
  5. Repeat.
