How it works

1. Tap Kilo by any method.
2. Kilo triggers, causing you to proliferate and put a charge counter on Magistrate's Scepter.
3. Activate Seedcradle Witch by paying 2, untapping Kilo.
4. Repeat from step 3 one additional time. Then, repeat steps 1 and 2 one additional time.
5. Activate Magistrate's Scepter's second ability by tapping it and removing three charge counters from it, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.

This clever engine harnesses the synergy between Kilo, Apogee Mind and Magistrate's Scepter to secure an unbroken chain of extra turns. Because Kilo naturally proliferates whenever it becomes tapped, it effortlessly adds charge counters to Magistrate's Scepter without requiring you to sink four mana into its first ability. To fuel this recursion, Seedcradle Witch steps in with its untap ability, resetting Kilo so you can tap it repeatedly to accumulate the three charge counters needed to cash them in for infinite turns.
