How it works

1. Activate Traxos by tapping it, adding .
2. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
3. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 1.
4. Traxos triggers, untapping itself.
5. Repeat.

This brilliant engine transforms the normally stubborn Traxos, Scourge of Kroog into an unexpected mana source thanks to the static ability of Citanul Hierophants, which grants your creatures the power to tap for green mana. By tapping Traxos for mana and tapping Sensei's Divining Top to draw a card while tucking itself away, you set up a smooth loop where Madame Web, Clairvoyant's permission to cast noncreature spells from the top of your library lets you immediately replay the Top for just {1}. Every time you recast Sensei's Divining Top, Traxos untaps from its own triggered ability due to the artifact being a historic spell, allowing you to tap it again and keep the cycle spinning.
