How it works

1. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Kobolds of Kher Keep
2. When Kobolds of Kher Keep dies, Mortuary triggers, putting Kobolds of Kher Keep from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
3. Cast Kobolds of Kher Keep from the top of your library by paying 0 life.
4. Repeat.

This loop relies on the zero-mana cost of Kobolds of Kher Keep to fuel an infinite cycle of sacrifice and rebirth. You sacrifice the creature to Ashnod's Altar to generate colorless mana, which triggers Mortuary to seamlessly place the Kobolds back on top of your library. From there, Bolas's Citadel allows you to immediately cast the creature again for zero life, resetting the loop to generate endless mana, storm count, and death triggers.
