How it works

1. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Harmonious Archon, adding CC.
2. When Harmonious Archon dies, Nim Deathmantle triggers, causing you to pay 4 to return Harmonious Archon from your graveyard to the battlefield, and attach Nim Deathmantle to it.
3. When Harmonious Archon enters the battlefield, it triggers, creating two 1/1 Human creature tokens.
4. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing a Human, adding CC.
5. Repeat.

This loop relies on Harmonious Archon entering the battlefield to continually replenish your resource pool, providing the exact fodder needed to fuel the engine. By sacrificing the Archon to Ashnod's Altar, you generate the initial colorless mana, which then triggers Nim Deathmantle's ability to resurrect the Archon directly to the battlefield for four mana. Each time the Archon returns, its triggered ability creates two 1/1 Human tokens, which you can subsequently sacrifice to the Altar to generate the remaining mana required to pay for the Deathmantle's resurrection cost while netting infinite colorless mana, tokens, and triggers in the process.
