How it works

1. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Dryad Arbor, adding CC.
2. When Dryad Arbor dies, Nim Deathmantle triggers, causing you to pay 4 to return Dryad Arbor from your graveyard to the battlefield, and attaching Nim Deathmantle to it.
3. When Dryad Arbor enters the battlefield, Nesting Dragon triggers, creating a 02/ Dragon Egg creature token.
4. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing the Dragon Egg, adding CC.
5. When the Dragon Egg dies, it triggers, creating a 2/2 Dragon creature token.
6. Repeat.

This clever loop turns the unassuming Dryad Arbor into an engine for infinite value, sustained entirely by the mana-generating power of Ashnod's Altar. Every time you sacrifice Dryad Arbor, Nim Deathmantle steps in to resurrect it, and the resulting land drop sparks Nesting Dragon's landfall ability to hatch a steady supply of Dragon Eggs. Sacrificing those extra Dragon Egg tokens to the Altar provides the exact colorless mana needed to fund the Deathmantle's resurrection fee while leaving a trail of 2/2 Dragon tokens behind.
