How it works

1. Activate Yenna by paying 2 and tapping it, creating a token copy of Pattern of Rebirth attached to any creature you control except the creature that has the nontoken Pattern of Rebirth attached to it, then untapping Yenna and causing you to scry 2.
2. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing the creature that has the token copy of Pattern of Rebirth attached, adding CC.
3. When the creature dies, Pattern of Rebirth triggers, causing you to search your library for a creature card and put it onto the battlefield.
4. Repeat.

This clever loop lets you turn mana and enchantment replication into an unending parade of creature tutors. Yenna, Redtooth Regent serves as the engine, tapping to create an extra copy of Pattern of Rebirth without running into the legendary rule. When you feed the creature enchanted by that token copy to Ashnod's Altar, Pattern of Rebirth triggers to pull any creature straight from your library onto the battlefield. Because Yenna untaps whenever her copied creation is an Aura, you can keep the cycle spinning endlessly while stockpiling mana and sculpting your topdecks with scry.
