How it works

1. Cast Ebondeath from your graveyard by paying 0.
2. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Ebondeath, adding CC.
3. Repeat.

This loop turns a simple bone-pile into an endless engine by using Rooftop Storm to completely waive Ebondeath, Dracolich's mana cost when casting it straight from the graveyard. Once the Dracolich touches the battlefield, you immediately feed it to Ashnod's Altar for a steady stream of colorless mana. Because Ebondeath, Dracolich just died—and crucially, *isn't* named Ebondeath, Dracolich as far as its own restriction cares about other creatures dying—its graveyard-casting condition is instantly satisfied all over again, letting you loop the sequence indefinitely.
