How it works

  1. Cast Rograkh either from your hand or from the command zone by paying 0 plus commander tax, if applicable.
  2. Rograkh enters the battlefield with at least one +1/+1 counter on it due to Bloodspore Thrinax.
  3. Activate Together Forever by paying 1, targeting Rograkh.
  4. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Rograkh, adding CC.
  5. When Rograkh dies, Together Forever triggers, returning Rograkh to your hand from your graveyard.
  6. Repeat.
