How it works

1. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Rograkh
2. When Rograkh dies, Mortuary triggers, putting Rograkh from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
3. Cast Rograkh from the top of your library by paying 0 life.
4. Repeat.

This clever loop relies on Rograkh, Son of Rohgahh costing zero mana to cast, allowing Ashnod's Altar to continuously sacrifice him for a steady stream of colorless mana while fueling your death and sacrifice triggers. Because Mortuary is sitting on the battlefield waiting to catch him, every sacrifice instantly recycles Rograkh right back onto the top of your library instead of letting him stay in the graveyard. From there, Gwenom, Remorseless steps in with her attack-triggered ability to let you freely play cards off the top of your library—paying zero life for Rograkh's zero mana value—creating a perpetual engine of endless casts, triggers, and mana.
