How it works

1. Cast Body Double by paying 4, choosing to have it enter the battlefield as a copy of Karmic Guide.
2. When Body Double enters the battlefield, it triggers, targeting Karmic Guide.
3. Holding priority, activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Body Double.
4. Resolve the Body Double trigger, returning Karmic Guide from your graveyard to the battlefield.
5. When Karmic Guide enters the battlefield, it triggers, targeting Body Double.
6. Holding priority, activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Karmic Guide.
7. Resolve the Karmic Guide trigger, returning Body Double from your graveyard to the battlefield as a copy of Karmic Guide.
8. Repeat from step 2.

This clever looping engine relies on the interplay between Karmic Guide, Body Double, and Ashnod's Altar to generate an endless cycle of resurrection and sacrifice. By using Body Double to enter as a copy of Karmic Guide, you trigger a recursive loop where each creature constantly pulls the other out of the graveyard the moment it hits the bin.
