How it works

1. Activate Dino DNA by paying 6, creating a token copy of Avenger of Zendikar that is a 6/6 Dinosaur.
2. When the Avenger of Zendikar token enters the battlefield, its first ability triggers, creating at least two 0/1 Plant creature tokens.
3. Activate Ashnod's Altar three times by sacrificing three creature tokens, adding six C.
4. Repeat.
5. If you control three or more lands, this combo nets infinite colorless mana and creature tokens.

By using Dino DNA to churn out oversized mechanical replicas of Avenger of Zendikar, you flood the board with an army of Plant creature tokens whenever you control at least three lands to fuel the entry trigger. Those newly minted tokens are then fed directly into Ashnod's Altar, which cheerfully converts your botanical harvest into a surplus of colorless mana. Because the mana generated by the Altar more than pays for the {6} activation cost to make another copy, this closed loop can be repeated indefinitely to yield an endless supply of mana, bodies, and sacrifices.
