How it works

1. Activate Mite Overseer by paying 3W/P, creating two creature tokens.
2. When the creature tokens enter the battlefield, Essence Warden triggers twice, causing you to gain 2 life.
3. Activate Ashnod's Altar twice by sacrificing the creature tokens, adding CCCC.
4. Repeat.

This loop spins into an infinite engine by feeding on the synergies between artifact generation and sacrifice. You kick things off by activating Mite Overseer, whose token creation gets a massive boost from Stridehangar Automaton: thanks to the Automaton's replacement effect, every activation yields both a Phyrexian Mite and an extra Thopter artifact creature token. As these bodies hit the battlefield, Essence Warden triggers to continuously pad your life total while you feed the newly spawned tokens straight into Ashnod's Altar to generate more than enough colorless mana to pay for the Overseer's ability and keep the cycle going forever.
