How it works

  1. At the beginning of your upkeep, Smile at Death triggers.
  2. Holding priority, activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Corridor Monitor, adding CC.
  3. Activate Strionic Resonator by paying 2 and tapping it, copying Smile at Death's trigger.
  4. Resolve the copy of Smile at Death's trigger, returning Corridor Monitor from your graveyard to the battlefield.
  5. When Corridor Monitor enters the battlefield, it triggers, untapping Strionic Resonator.
  6. Repeat from step 2.
