How it works

1. Activate Mite Overseer by paying 3W/P, creating two creature tokens.
2. When the creature tokens enter the battlefield, Elas il-Kor's first ability triggers twice, causing you to gain 2 life.
3. Activate Ashnod's Altar twice by sacrificing the creature tokens, adding CCCC.
4. When the creature tokens die, Elas il-Kor's second ability triggers, causing each opponent to lose 2 life.
5. Repeat.

This looping setup turns the mana-generating power of Ashnod's Altar into a self-sustaining engine by weaving together token creation and death triggers. Whenever you activate Mite Overseer, Stridehangar Automaton steps in to duplicate your artifact token creation, flooding your board with multiple bodies that immediately feed Elas il-Kor, Sadistic Pilgrim for life gain and life drain. You then sacrifice those fresh tokens back to Ashnod's Altar to generate more than enough colorless mana to repeat the entire cycle endlessly.
