How it works

1. Activate Yenna by paying 2 and tapping it, creating a token copy of Angelic Renewal.
2. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Yenna, adding CC.

5. Resolve the second trigger, choosing not to pay.
6. Repeat.
