How it works

1. Cast Hollow One either from your hand or from your graveyard by paying at most 1, causing it to enter the battlefield as a copy of the creature with Infinite Reflection attached.
2. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Hollow One, adding CC.
3. If you cast Hollow One from your graveyard, Hollow One is not exiled by Abandoned Sarcophagus due to Infinite Reflection removing Hollow One's cycling ability.
4. Repeat.

This clever engine hinges on turning Hollow One into a recursive mana-positive loop using Ashnod's Altar, completely bypassing its usual restrictions thanks to a fascinating interaction. While Abandoned Sarcophagus normally exiles non-cycled cards from your graveyard to prevent eternal loops, Infinite Reflection strips away Hollow One's native cycling ability by overwriting its text box with the enchanted creature's characteristics. This neat loophole allows you to repeatedly cast Hollow One for cheap from your graveyard using the Sarcophagus's permission, sacrifice it to the Altar for two colorless mana, and do it all over again without the card ever getting exiled.
