How it works

  1. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Gluttonous Troll, adding CC.
  2. Gluttonous Troll dies, triggering Nim Deathmantle, causing you to pay 4 to return Gluttonous Troll from your graveyard to the battlefield, and attach Nim Deathmantle to it.
  3. When Gluttonous Troll enters the battlefield, it triggers, creating at least two Food artifact tokens and two 1/1 Squirrel creature tokens.
  4. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing a Squirrel, adding CC.
  5. Repeat.
