How it works

1. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Gluttonous Troll, adding CC.
2. Gluttonous Troll dies, triggering Nim Deathmantle, causing you to pay 4 to return Gluttonous Troll from your graveyard to the battlefield, and attach Nim Deathmantle to it.
3. When Gluttonous Troll enters the battlefield, it triggers, creating at least two Food artifact tokens.
4. Activate Krark-Clan Ironworks by sacrificing a Food, adding CC.
5. Repeat.

This clever loop lets you turn the natural cycle of life, death, and snacks into an endless engine of profit by feeding Gluttonous Troll straight into Ashnod's Altar for two colorless mana. That death triggers Nim Deathmantle, which kindly asks for a four-mana investment to bring the Troll right back to the battlefield wearing the Equipment like a dark crown. When the Troll re-enters, its ability conjures up fresh Food tokens for you to immediately sacrifice to Krark-Clan Ironworks, generating the exact four mana needed to pay for the Deathmantle's resurrection trigger and keep the loop spinning forever.
