How it works

1. Activate Mite Overseer by paying 3W/P, creating two creature tokens.
2. When the creature tokens enter the battlefield, Aunt May triggers twice, causing you to gain 2 life.
3. Activate Ashnod's Altar twice by sacrificing the creature tokens, adding CCCC.
4. Repeat.

This loop relies on Chatterfang, Squirrel General's replacement effect to double your token output whenever Mite Overseer's activated ability resolves, netting you both a Phyrexian Mite and a Squirrel token for every activation. You can then feed those newly created tokens directly into Ashnod's Altar, turning your two sacrifices into four colorless mana—more than enough to pay for the Overseer's next activation with mana to spare while keeping the loop completely self-sustaining. Meanwhile, Aunt May turns this endless parade of arriving bodies into a massive, unbounded pool of life, ensuring your engine generates an overwhelming advantage in both resources and staying power.
