How it works

1. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing a creature, adding CC.
2. When the creature dies, Susurian Voidborn triggers, causing you to gain 1 life and target opponent to lose 1 life.
3. Lisette triggers, causing you to pay 1 to put a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control.
4. Animation Module triggers for each counter placed this way.
5. Resolve the first trigger, choosing to pay 1 to create a 1/1 Servo artifact creature token.
6. Resolve all other triggers, choosing not to pay.
7. Repeat.

This ingenious loop transforms a simple sacrifice into a self-sustaining engine of life and metal, anchored by the life-draining trigger of Susurian Voidborn whenever a creature meets its end. Ashnod's Altar fuels the cycle by converting your creatures into the colorless mana needed to pay for successive triggers, while Animation Module eagerly watches the board for incoming counters to churn out a fresh supply of Servo tokens. The entire mechanism is supercharged by the back face of Valentin, Dean of the Vein // Lisette, Dean of the Root, whose passive lifegain trigger translates every bit of life drained into a wave of +1/+1 counters—which in turn continuously restart Animation Module's token-making abilities.
