How it works

1. Activate Need for Speed by sacrificing a land.
2. Repeat step 1 until you control no lands.
3. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing World Shaper.
4. When World Shaper dies, it triggers, return all lands from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped.
5. When the lands enter, Emeria Shepherd triggers that many times.
6. Resolve an Emeria Shepherd trigger that was triggered by a Plains, returning World Shaper from your graveyard to the battlefield.
7. Resolve all remaining Emeria Shepherd triggers.
8. Repeat

This clever loop transforms a graveyard into an unstoppable engine of resurrection by turning your own lands into fuel. With Ashnod's Altar providing a steady stream of colorless mana whenever World Shaper is sacrificed, World Shaper's death trigger responds by flooding the battlefield with every land currently resting in your graveyard. That massive influx of lands immediately triggers Emeria Shepherd's landfall ability, allowing you to bypass your hand and drop World Shaper straight back onto the battlefield while bringing along any other nonland permanents you might fancy. Finally, Need for Speed ensures you can easily clear your land base right back into the graveyard whenever you need to kick-start the cycle anew.
