How it works

1. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Sister Hospitaller.
2. When Sister Hospitaller dies, Body Launderer's first ability triggers, causing Body Launderer to connive.
3. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Body Launderer.
4. When Body Launderer dies, its second ability triggers, returning Sister Hospitaller from your graveyard to the battlefield.
5. When Sister Hospitaller enters, it triggers, returning Body Launderer from your graveyard to the battlefield and causing you to gain 4 life.
6. Repeat.

This elegant loop relies on an endless cycle of sacrifice and resurrection between Sister Hospitaller and Body Launderer, fueled entirely by the mana-generating power of Ashnod's Altar. When Sister Hospitaller enters the battlefield, her ability plucks Body Launderer right back out of the graveyard while padding your life total. In turn, when Body Launderer eventually perishes, its own death trigger rescues Sister Hospitaller from the graveyard, while its passive connive ability quietly filters your hand with every iteration.
