How it works
If Enduring Vitality is not a creature, activate Zur by paying 1, causing Enduring Vitality to become a creature.
Activate Enduring Vitality by tapping it, adding .
Activate Ashnod's Altar's second ability by sacrificing Enduring Vitality, adding CC.
When Enduring Vitality dies, it triggers, returning itself from your graveyard to the battlefield as an enchantment.
Repeat.
This ingenious loop relies on turning Enduring Vitality into a creature using Zur, Eternal Schemer's ability so it can be sacrificed to Ashnod's Altar for colorless mana. Once in the graveyard, Enduring Vitality's own dying trigger returns it directly to the battlefield as an enchantment, bypassing the need for outside recursion. Meanwhile, Barbarian Class sits quietly on the board, ready to grant haste or pump up your attackers with its dice-modifying mechanics once the mana and triggers start flowing.
