How it works

  1. Activate Animation Module by paying 3 and tapping it, putting a +1/+1 counter on Bess.
  2. Animation Module triggers, causing you to pay 1 to create a 1/1 Servo artifact creature token.
  3. The Servo enters the battlefield, triggering Bess.
  4. Holding priority, activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing the Servo, adding CC.
  5. Resolve the Bess trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
  6. Repeat from step 2.
